This item includes both hex adn round bases, 2 pins, 12 5mmx0.5 mounting screws. Domestic buyer will receive mount usually in 2 to 3 days after payment is received. I am not like those oversea sellers who claim to be in us, telling stories about some newly discovered warehouse and offering no return. I offer 30 days inspection. If for any reason you are not happy wtih this mount, you can return it within 30 days for full refund. The mounts also fit on m44 and m38. I also offer mosin pu mount base, bent bolt body, screws and pins, leather covers and canvas for pu or svt scopes.
