Rare Soviet Order Of Glory Medal 292518

Rare and original soviet medal order of glorry with ccpc and serial number 292518. Actually the first 2 looks more as a z and does not appears to be the same as the other 2 (after the 9). Would the first carachteer would means number or serial? I have no idea but that would make number 92518.
